THE CHALLENGE

Meeting the Growing Needs of Central Christian University

Central Christian University has always strived to impact as many students as possible. As enrollment grows, so does the need for additional space, programs, and resources. The university's K-12 mission, through Central Christian Academy (CCA), has experienced significant growth, necessitating more facilities. In response, CCU plans to introduce new licensed programs designed to equip students with the skills needed for today's competitive job market.

To support this expansion, CCU began planning to secure a 32.6-acre property. This expansion will not only provide the necessary physical space for growth but also enhance the overall educational experience for students. With modern classrooms, advanced facilities, and dedicated spaces for new programs, CCU will be better positioned to fulfill its commitment to academic excellence and student success.

THE SOLUTION

Securing Financial Support for Expansion with BBIF Partnership

Dr. Amesty and his team reached out to BBIF, a long-standing partner that has supported the university in previous endeavors. BBIF recognizes CCU's unwavering commitment to the growth and development of educational establishments, making them the ideal partner for the university’s ambitious expansion plans. The proposed loan will facilitate the purchase and development of new property, significantly enhancing CCU’s educational infrastructure.

This loan will not only cover acquisition costs but also aid in the procurement and installation of portable classrooms. This addition will enable CCU to accommodate an additional 75 students, advancing its K-12 mission. Furthermore, the expansion will strengthen CCU’s capability to offer new licensed programs, attracting a diverse student body and fostering academic excellence.
